2.1 By accessing the pka33 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by pka33, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pka33 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements (whether oral or written) relating to the same subject matter.

3.1 Age Requirement. Use of the pka33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. pka33 implements mandatory age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be operated by players under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be returned at pka33's sole discretion subject to the outcome of an investigation.
3.2 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the pka33 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using the same or different identities, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details – is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.3 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion from the pka33 Platform or from any other gaming platform are not eligible to register or maintain an Account during the active exclusion period. Any accounts opened in violation of an active self-exclusion are void and subject to immediate closure.
3.4 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of pka33 and its associated companies are not permitted to hold a real-money Player account or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
4.1 Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani residential address, and valid Pakistani mobile number. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 pka33 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal request, and in connection with any bonus claim. You agree to provide Verification Documents promptly upon request. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by pka33 may result in account restrictions or suspension.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. pka33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access to your Account should be reported to pka33 customer support immediately.
4.4 pka33 may, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable regulations regarding unclaimed balances.
5.1 pka33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pka33 does not accept deposits in any other currency without prior written agreement.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period, as displayed in the pka33 Cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted at pka33's discretion in accordance with regulatory requirements or responsible gaming policy.
5.3 Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time following confirmed receipt by pka33's payment processor. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the timeframes communicated at the point of deposit, subject to banking processing times.
5.4 pka33 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered Account holder. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account will be returned to the source, less any applicable banking fees, and the Player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: pka33 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits and withdrawal patterns are monitored for suspicious activity. pka33 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities where legally obligated to do so.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the pka33 Cashier. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing by pka33.
6.2 Identity verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed. pka33 may place a withdrawal on hold pending receipt and review of Verification Documents. Processing times following successful verification are as follows:
6.3 pka33 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions from verified accounts. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pka33 accepts no liability.
6.4 Withdrawals may only be made from the Player's Real Money Balance. Bonus Balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that remain subject to wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, with only the original deposit amount remaining available for withdrawal.
6.5 pka33 reserves the right to request additional due diligence documentation for large withdrawal requests or in circumstances where transaction monitoring flags a withdrawal for review. 7.1 All pka33 bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and promotional incentives are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this Section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per shared device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise. pka33 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses where duplicate claims are detected.
7.3 Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied within the validity period stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus balances and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry are automatically forfeited without replacement.
7.4 pka33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable prior notice where possible. Bonuses already credited to a Player's Account shall be honoured subject to the terms under which they were awarded, unless evidence of abuse or technical error is identified.
7.5 Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, the use of automated software to place bets, placing bets on opposite outcomes to guarantee profit, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the purpose of a promotion – constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles pka33 to void all bonuses and winnings and permanently close the Account.
8.1 All casino games on the pka33 Platform operate on certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Players can request information regarding game RTP percentages and certification from pka33 customer support.
8.2 Game results are final once a betting round has been completed and confirmed by the game server. In the event of a technical malfunction that prevents the completion of a game round, pka33 will void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance. No additional compensation is payable in respect of such technical interruptions.
8.3 Live dealer game results are final as declared by the presiding dealer and confirmed on the game interface. Where a technical fault affects a live dealer game, pka33 will follow the live casino provider's established fault resolution procedures, which may include voiding the affected round.
8.4 Progressive jackpot prizes are paid according to the specific terms of the jackpot game. pka33 is not liable for the payment of jackpot amounts that result from game software errors or malfunctions; such amounts are subject to the game provider's verification procedures prior to payment.
9.1 All sports betting markets on pka33 are settled based on official results published by the relevant recognised governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, the International Cricket Council for international fixtures, the UFC for mixed martial arts events). pka33's settlement decision on all markets is final.
9.2 Bets accepted on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled in accordance with pka33's event-specific rules, which are available in the sportsbook help section. In the absence of specific rules, bets on postponed events will be voided if the event is not completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time.
9.3 pka33 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet from any Player at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Maximum betting limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. pka33 is not obligated to accept a bet exceeding its stated maximum stake.
9.4 In-play (live) betting markets are settled on the basis of the match situation at the time the in-play bet is accepted by the pka33 system. Minor latency between live events and the pka33 platform is inherent in the nature of live betting; pka33 is not liable for any pricing discrepancies arising from such latency.
9.5 Any bet placed using information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was placed (inside information) constitutes grounds for bet voiding and account suspension. pka33 co-operates fully with governing bodies and law enforcement agencies investigating match-fixing or sporting integrity violations.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pka33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms entitling pka33 to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account and forfeit any associated balances:
11.1 All content on the pka33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software code, database structures, and audio-visual materials, is the intellectual property of pka33 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 pka33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pka33.
11.3 The pka33 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of pka33. No part of these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any pka33 trademark or branding for any purpose.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pka33 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the pka33 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of gaming activities.
13.2 pka33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. pka33 is not liable for any loss resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service disruptions including mobile network outages in Pakistan.
13.3 pka33 is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise for Players as a result of their gaming activities or winnings on the Platform. Players are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pka33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
14.1 pka33 collects and processes personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 pka33 may share Player data with its gaming license regulatory authority, payment processors (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Pakistani banking institutions), identity verification service providers, and law enforcement agencies where required by law. pka33 does not sell Player data to third-party marketing companies.
14.3 Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by pka33, subject to legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations. Data access requests may be submitted via the pka33 customer support channels.
15.1 pka33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 15.2 Your continued use of the pka33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pka33 holds its international gaming license.
16.2 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact the pka33 customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may submit a formal complaint in writing to pka33's compliance team. pka33 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 days.
16.3 If a formal complaint cannot be resolved between the parties, Players may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pka33's gaming license authority, subject to the jurisdictional rules of that body.
16.4 This agreement and all matters arising from it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in pka33's licensing jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
